Introduction

Lootdrop B.V. is an independently operated distributor of premium fitness and lifestyle products. Lootdrop sells its products exclusively through its online store and selected outlets. We carefully curate our product assortment, selecting only the very best items based on quality, performance, ingredients, functionality, and relevance to the active lifestyle community.

By visiting our website or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. These terms apply to all site users including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

  • Consumer: The visitor or customer of the website

  • Store: The Lootdrop online webshop or selected outlets

  • Checkout: The payment system through which the consumer completes purchases

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers made by Lootdrop and to every agreement concluded between the consumer and Lootdrop B.V.. Before an agreement is finalized, these terms will be made electronically available.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any service. Lootdrop reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance.

Assortment

Our assortment includes performance-driven products such as functional beverages, supplements, training accessories, and recovery tools.

  • Minimum order quantities may apply.

  • Products are described as accurately as possible, but packaging and details may vary.

  • All expiration-dated products have a minimum of 14 days shelf life upon delivery, unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice and promotions are non-binding and available while supplies last.

The Store

The Lootdrop webshop is the official storefront.
Customer service and inquiries will be handled via info@lootdrop.nl.

Agreement Formation

An agreement is formed once the consumer accepts an offer and fulfills all related conditions.
Lootdrop reserves the right to assess the consumer's ability to pay and may cancel or modify orders accordingly.

Upon order confirmation, consumers will receive:

  • Contact details for inquiries

  • Pricing inclusive of VAT

  • Notification if fulfillment is outsourced

Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, shortages) may result in adjusted service terms.

Subscription Agreements

Subscription terms include:

  • 1-month minimum notice for cancellation

  • Cancellations via email (info@lootdrop.nl) or online account

  • Monthly payment obligation

  • Late payment may result in termination

  • Surprise boxes are curated by Lootdrop

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the consumer.

  • Risk transfers to the courier upon shipment

  • Multiple items may ship separately

  • Delivery estimates:

    • Netherlands: Orders before 16:00 (Mon–Fri) ship next business day

      • Free shipping on orders over €60 (post-discount)

    • Belgium: Similar schedule with courier-dependent ETA

      • Free shipping on orders over €80 (post-discount)

Payment & Billing Accuracy

All purchases must be paid via supported methods at checkout (e.g., iDeal).

  • Accurate payment and account information is required

  • Lootdrop may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion

  • Duplicate orders from the same billing/shipping address may be flagged

  • Consumers must update billing info promptly

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted promptly to info@lootdrop.nl with visual confirmation if applicable. Social media is not an official complaint channel.

Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is unopened and in original packaging

  • Return is initiated within 14 days

  • Shipping costs are borne by the consumer

  • Products must only be handled as one would in a physical store

Consumers are responsible for devaluation due to excess handling.

Retailer Responsibilities on Returns

  • Lootdrop confirms and inspects all returns

  • Refunds exclude shipping unless otherwise stated

  • Refunds issued within 30 days to original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Perishables clearly labeled as such

  • Unsealed hygiene-sensitive products

  • Digital/downloadable content

User Content and Feedback

Any ideas, feedback, or content submitted to Lootdrop may be used without restriction.

  • We are not obligated to maintain, compensate, or respond to submissions

  • Users must not violate copyright, trademark, or privacy rights

  • Comments must not contain harmful, unlawful, or misleading content

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or content:

  • For illegal purposes

  • To infringe intellectual property

  • To upload malware

  • To harass or discriminate

  • To collect personal info unlawfully

  • For spam, phishing, or scraping

  • To interfere with site security

Violation may result in termination of services.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available”

  • Lootdrop does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content

  • Lootdrop is not liable for losses or damages arising from service or product use

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lootdrop and affiliates from any claims or demands arising from your breach of these terms or violation of laws or third-party rights.

Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it shall be modified to be enforceable, or removed without affecting the rest of the agreement.

Termination

These terms remain effective unless terminated by either party. Lootdrop may suspend access if a consumer breaches terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, combined with any referenced policies, constitute the full agreement between the user and Lootdrop.

Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Changes to Terms

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page.
Lootdrop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
